Welcome to Lettered ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") designed for members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) Divine Nine organizations.

Lettered is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@lettered.app, and we will take steps to delete such information.
For users between 13 and 18, we recommend parental supervision and guidance when using the App.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including social media platforms, event services like Eventbrite, and external media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.

Stories are auto-expiring posts (6hr, 12hr, 24hr) that are encrypted during storage and automatically deleted after expiration. While active, stories are visible to users you've allowed to view them.
The Locker provides end-to-end encrypted private media storage. Only you can access your Locker content. We cannot decrypt or access your Locker content.
Aggregates content from official D9 organization social media accounts and events. This content is publicly available information curated for the D9 community.
Live streams and associated chat messages are public to viewers. Stream recordings may be stored and replayed unless you choose to delete them.
Direct messages are private communications between users. We may access messages for content moderation and safety purposes when reported.
